Metra Consultation is a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm based in Québec, providing integrated services in structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering, supported by a dedicated Building Information Modeling (BIM) team.
We serve residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout every stage of their projects—from site and existing-condition assessments to engineering design, interdisciplinary coordination, permitting support, inspection, and construction assistance.

Metra Consultation is led by Arash Rohani, an engineer registered with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), and Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).

His experience encompasses the assessment, design, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects involving structural systems, foundations, soil-related considerations, site development, drainage, and construction requirements.
Arash holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS). His academic and professional background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of how structures, foundations, ground conditions, civil infrastructure, and construction processes interact throughout a project.
His graduate research focused on the seismic vulnerability of masonry façades in multi-storey buildings, further strengthening his expertise in structural behavior, risk assessment, existing-building performance, and technically defensible engineering decision-making.
Since 2008, Arash has contributed to more than 100 major projects across Canada, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. His experience spans residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects delivered within different regulatory environments and under various building and engineering standards.
As Principal Engineer, he is directly involved in project evaluations, multidisciplinary engineering strategies, key technical decisions, coordination between structural, civil, geotechnical, and BIM teams, and the final review of engineering deliverables.
