What to Send for a Structural Engineering Review
Send the project address, available architectural or structural drawings, photos of existing conditions, and a short description of the proposed work or observed concern. For permit-related projects, our engineering plans for permit service can also be coordinated with the structural mandate.
From Investigation to Engineering Documents
We define the scope, document accessible conditions, identify useful exploratory openings, verify the affected load path and develop the agreed structural solution. The proposal identifies the drawings, calculations, report, municipal comment responses and construction reviews included. A site visit does not automatically include every deliverable.
